Eligibility Criteria for Embryo Guarantee
To qualify for Ovoria’s embryo guarantee, the following semen parameters must be met:

Total motile sperm count > 5 million

Sperm morphology ≥ 2% (based on Kruger strict criteria)
Semen quality is assessed on the day of sperm thaw and egg warming, prior to ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection).
Note: The guarantee does not apply in cases involving surgical sperm retrieval procedures such as MESA, TESE, or TESA.
